The notes below will give you an idea of all the topics we touched upon, but in the end we settled on an “empowerment for females” topic. As for the arrangement style, some of the girls suggested something along the lines of Little Mix. Interestingly, and rather rarely for these types of rushed sessions, Noa contributed the whole first section of the rap, and I used it exactly as she wrote it. Also, the melodies during the “Middle-8” towards the end of the song were adlibbed by each of the girls performing their parts. 🙂 So the present mix is what I managed to do with all that. After some deliberation we all decided it would be a song about “my generation”. However, I gave it all a slightly different spin than the group, perhaps, intended. But I couldn’t resist it.
