\"DSC_0010\"Some of you might remember those old stories about Rolls Royce – that supposedly if you bought one, and it ever needed repairs (which, according to the lore, NEVER happened), a service team would fly in (in a helicopter, no less) to sort you out – and afterwards they’d deny there ever was a problem.<\/p>\n

\"DSC_0006\"Well, Mackie <\/a> and parent company, LOUD Technologies, is widely considered the Rolls Royce of mid- and high-range digital mixing consoles, and as if to resurect that old myth, the head of International technical support for Mackie, Marc de Paep and his lovely wife Anja, have driven (!) all the way from Belgium just to have a look at our three studio desks and some other Mackie gear, and to ensure that everything is running optimally.<\/p>\n

\"DSC_0003\"Marc’s technical wizardry was a sight to behold – not to mention his stamina and dedication to personally<\/em> service a customer some 2000 miles away! – and now that they’ve left back for Belgium, we’re happy in the knowledge that our equipment is ready for the new challenges ahead.<\/p>\n
