We’ve had some excellent discussions with A&R managers of a few major labels in the UK – and they’re looking at our selected artists with great interest! YES!<\/p>\n
As we’re considering the various ways to structure deals with our potential prospective partners, we (my UK partners and I) have decided that it’s high time we looked into forming a label of our own – and then contract with any future partners as an independent music entity, rather than on an artist-by-artist basis.<\/p>\n
Our own label will also make it easier for us to conduct larger-scale promotions and test-marketing of our selected artists.<\/p>\n
We’re still in the planning stages, but watch this space…!<\/p>\n
