Voice

Voice Mastery

Wow your friends and parents – and maybe even large audiences in the future… Unique and powerful rapid teaching method. Learn to sight-read in record time. Play by ear. Improvise.

Guitar

Guitar for singers. Any aspiring singer can only benefit from being able to play an instrument while singing. This cool course is designed specifically for that. For graded exams contact us.

Ages 5 & up. An excellent all-around course tailored especially for singers who wish to accompany themselves on guitar. Courses are currently available online and (when possible) offline at our facilities. Participants will be required to purchase (inexpensive) books and other learning materials.

Ear

This ear-training method will help you break through. Works on non-singers and singers alike. Ideal for any musician or singer wishing to improve their musical ear.

Additional Info

Ages 8 & up. Essential and valuable course for any singer or instrumentalist, almost regardless of their level. This course will teach you how to recognize pitch (and sing it – even if you’re not a singer), how to harmonize and rapidly “get in tune” with any music you hear. You need to try this!

Mix

Create your own original music. Learn the tools of the trade of the entire music industry. Make your music sound like radio! But at the same time, make it sound like YOU.

Ages: 10 & up. A comprehensive music production and mixing course both for aspiring producers as well as exam grades 1 through 8. Courses are currently available online and (when possible) offline at our facilities. Participants will be required to purchase (inexpensive) books and other learning materials.

Song

Songwriting masterclass. The secret to effective and powerful communication through song. Learn to express yourself fully. Write songs on a deal-getting level. Write a song for your favorite singer!

Ages: 12 & up. An excellent song-writing course from beginner to advanced songwriters. Courses are currently available online and (when possible) offline at our facilities. Participants may be required to purchase (inexpensive) books and other learning materials. In a word: invaluable!

CONTACT US

SIMA’s Online Lesson Format

Our online lessons are 1 hour long (except selected solo coaching which runs at 30 minutes per session or artist development lessons which may run between 2 and 4 hours per person). During the global shut-down, we connect using ZOOM.

PRICING

Our standard rate for lessons is €45 per hour. Group lessons cost €22.50. Studio hour costs €50. Pro artist development rates subject to individual confirmation.

Note that artist development lessons are on an invitation basis only. You can apply but we can’t guarantee placement.

PRO ARTIST DEVELOPMENT

We can invite our most promising young artists into our “Pro Artist Development” program, if we have room. Cost as well as schedules are agreed individually with each artist, to best suit their needs.

If you haven’t trained with us before but would like to be considered for Pro Artist Development, please contact us. Make sure to attach a demo reel of some sort as well.

About Laura

Laura Krier – A former recording artist and now a successful vocal coach and piano teacher, Laura has a degree in… accounting and has also attended Paul McCartney’s LIPA (Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts).

Along the way, she was an intern at Capitol Hill and also worked for a couple of years as an English teacher in Japan.

She’s spent the last few years in Spain, dividing her time between teaching music, occasional performing and parenting.

Paul Sedkowski – Songwriter & producer with over 30 years of experience in the music business, Paul has had a rich and varied life, from extended university studies covering such disparate majors as theoretical physics and sociology, linguistics and music at a conservatory, to an equally varied professional life from IT to retail to international aid and finally to full-time music business.
